Headrail

Aluminium headrail finished in matching solid grade laminate. Self-closing hydraulic door closer.

Pivot

Pivot blocks are through-fixed to the door and located onto floor fixed pivot bracket.

Lock

Precision engineered 303 grade brushed stainless steel lock, hand-turned in UK. Fixed through the door to the face plate, for added strength.

Hydraulic Closer

Patented Hydraulic Closer ensures that all flush doors will close or open beautifully, quietly and with a satisfying amount of resistance.

Solid Grade Laminate

Overall cubicle height up to 2700mm with a 22mm floor clearance, supplied with a 10 year warranty. The cubicle has an e-access facility built in as standard, which allows the door to be taken off, in an emergency, whilst the cubicle is occupied.

Extruded aluminium headrail finished with high pressure laminate matching the door. Precision engineered stainless steel lock, hand-turned in UK, locates into stainless steel receiver on the fascia.

18mm rebated compact grade laminate, polished to all edges. Stainless steel pivot blocks are through-fixed to the door and are suspended from a structural aluminium headrail and located onto floor fixed pivot bracket. Door falls closed by means of a hydraulic door closer designed specifically for the purpose, concealed within the aluminium headrail (alternatively, the mechanism can be factory set to fall open).

18mm rebated compact grade laminate, polished to all edges. Stainless steel lock receiver fitted onto fascia.

12mm compact grade laminate, polished to visible edges. Suspended 22mm from the floor.

Precision engineered 303 grade brushed stainless steel lock, hand-turned in UK, is fixed through the door to the face plate for added strength. Sacrificial hard nylon shear tip to the lock nger, which locates into stainless steel receiver, fixed to the cubicle fascia. Complete with emergency release facility. Divider fixed to back wall and front fascia using visible anodised aluminium U shaped brackets, fastened by through-fixings. Stainless steel coat hook supplied as standard. Components tested over a cycle of 200,000 operations, equating to a 10 year period in a medium use washroom.
